Stone-Baked Pizza

In our family, birthdays have always been special as we always try out something new at every member's birthday. Today was my birthday (had it on the 9th of October. The post kept laying in the drafts and I have finally published it) and my dad had something in his mind, even though he's out of the country but he specifically told us what to order/eat out. And it was Stone-Baked Pizza. When I heard about it I thought it must be somewhat like 14th Street Pizza, but when I had it, it was a total surprise. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with brown-crisp yet soft crust unlike the 14th Street Pizza dough. The pizza was topped very liberally. The 'Legendary Pizza' included toppings of pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, onions, chicken, fresh basil leaves, sausages and lots of cheese. The pizza was HUGE. The other flavor we ordered was Chicken Tikka which was equally delicious. Comparing it to 14th Street Pizza, this was many times better as the dough was cooked through out and did not taste like raw half-baked bread. The best part was the topping, which was not at all scarce. The service was EXCELLENT. It's a must try! And I hope the quality and the standard of the food is not compromised by Stone-Baked Pizza later on.

Legendary Pizza with Chicken breast, ground beef, pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onions, black olives and green pepper.

The best part about this was the garlic butter/oil and the tomato sauce delivered with the pizza. You have a lot of choice from what to order. Meat-wave, Vegetarian Volcano, Legendary, Hot Grand Slam, Pizza Marina, New York Steak and Hawaiian.
